With a mirror polished finish in a stainless steel 316 housing and specifically designed for use in food processing applications the CMC-F has a CODED MAGNETIC action with a SWITCHING TOLERANCE of up to 14mm.
The CMC-F is specified to 105C but has been designed to work safely up to 125C.
PLe/Cat4 ISO13849-1 is achievable as the switch will operate with most Safety Relays.
Suitable for CIP SIP cleaning, tested IP69K (high pressure hosing with detergent at 80C and 100psi).
Suitable for Food Contact Splash Zones – EHEDG guidelines. There are no food traps in the housing due to the design feature of rear mounting holes.
The slim housing allows the CMC-F to fit in narrow channels unobtrusively.
